TL;DR – Here’s the Deal
Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items
If your items arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us at support@swearybrand.com within 30 days and be sure to include photos. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us within 21 days after the items were received.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us at support@swearybrand.com no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer order refunds if you have buyer’s remorse. Please contact us at support@swearybrand.com within 30 days of delivery to work something else out.
Wrong Size Ordered
Please reference our size charts before ordering – we do not offer refunds if you ordered the wrong size. We also know that shit happens, so we’re happy to offer you a discount code to reorder the same item in a different size. Please reach out to us at support@swearybrand.com within 30 days of delivery to get this arranged.
Notification for EU Consumers (when we start selling there...)
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1.) the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized, and/or
2.) sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, Sweary Brand LLC reserves rights to refuse EU returns at its sole discretion.
